Effective system for blind riveting
For blind rivets, WEBER offers a deposit unit that handles blind rivet nuts with round and hexagonal heads. The control and feeding systems are integrated. Two separate EC units realize the threading and insertion process. The whole process is controlled by a PLC and can be visualized. The insertion is performed in less than 2.5 seconds. The applied force and movement during the insertion process are documented.

Automatic feeding system
The system is suitable for inserting blind rivet nut in places that can only be reached from one side. The blind rivet nuts can be inserted with a setting force of max. 25 kN. Blind rivet nuts with round and hexagonal heads in sizes between M5 and M12 can be used. A built-in automatic feeding system ensures high power.
