Here we collaborate with an innovative company from Karlsrue in southern Germany. All equipment is built according to your components and conditions.
Here is an example of camera and laser that sorts incorrectly inverted and skewed plastic lids that cannot be mounted at a later stage.
The equipment is a solution with two stations. The first is a laser measurement that looks at if the component is skewed, if it gets ok from this, it passes the next camera that checks if it is with the correct side up. The speed of the belt is approx. 90m / min.
